DID THE ACUPUNCTURE HURT?

I ask my patients the same question after the first session of acupuncture, and the answer always the same: “No, not at all, only a tiny bit of pressure at the moment of insertion of the needles, but it did not bother me at all. If I had known that acupuncture didn’t hurt, I would have come much sooner.” To avoid pain during acupuncture treatment, it is indispensible to use an advanced technique and to use needles of a high quality and super fine, which is what I do in my acupuncture practice. For patients who have an aversion or fear of needles, I have an alternative: The acupressure points can also be stimulated with a LASER ( LASER - ACUPUNCTURE), that is applied in the same points as acupuncture.

THE PATIENT EXAM ACCORDING TO CHINESE MEDICINE CONSISTS OF:

listening to the patient, looking at the body, exam of the wrist of the hand, evaluating the structure and the color of the tongue (eg: a purple tongue is an indication of a circulatory problem). According to an almost “mathematical” system, after having gathered all of the information of origin and progression of a disease of a patient, you choose the acupuncture points that you find on the body and on the ear (called auricular therapy).
